Problem Statement: PGIMER and AIIMS, two of India’s prime medical institutions with the heaviest footfall of patients, had a problem of overflowing patient medical records which were stored in old racks and drawers. They took too much space and were hard to organize. Moreover, finding a record was extremely cumbersome. They required high-density storage systems for improved space efficiency and organization of records.
