Nothing is better than ALMERIO (AWCS) – Specially Developed and Patented Smart Weapon Cleaning System -when it comes to removing lead shavings, residues from powders, old lubricants, in fact, any contaminant that causes wear or otherwise impacts the performance or degrades the value of the weapon. Modern weapon cleaning is much more effective when compared to manually cleaning and lubricating with rods, brushes, pads, solvents, and oils.

Brief Specification:

1. Only water is used and no use of chemicals. Mild Alkaline-based cleaning solutions may be used.
2. No use of brush or rod to make sure no damage to weapon barrel and other metallic and nonmetallic parts of the weapon.

Model: Two models depending on the length of weapons

1. AWCS – H: For small arms less than 1.2 meter
2. AWCS – V: For weapons more than one meter

Process: The weapon passes through 4 processes before the inspection

1. Stage 1 : Cleaning
2. Stage 2 : Rinsing
3. Stage 3 : Drying
4. Stage 4 : Lubricating

Cycle Time: Total Cycle Time for cleaning of 10 weapons is 25 minutes
