Docuvault, as the name suggests, is a safe, tamper-proof record management systemthat assures end-to-end security for management of physical records. Using biometric and facial details,document authorization request is created by user and assigned by an admin to an authorizer for a specific time period.Nothing but valid biometric and facial features input will allow entry into locker room, failing which silent alarms will go off. Upon gaining authorised entry, the aisle with the assigned document automatically opensand storage cell lights up. With real-time inventory, power backup in case of outages, and sensors tracking user movements, there’s no room left for mistakes.All aisles automatically close when user leaves the room while multiple CCTV cameras scan the room. Alarms are also activated if a user accesses the wrong item, or spends too long in the room, or in case of any suspicious activity.
